Learning that Lasts (Mar 2019)

It's not enough to deliver a great learning experience today; you also need to ensure that your learners can use what they've learned tomorrow. In this interactive session, Northwestern Mutual's Learning Community of Practice will share design techniques, skills, and follow-up methods to help make your training experiences impact workplace behaviors.

This event will include mechanisms and theory useful in learning reinforcement, as well as activities applying these practices to your learning programs. From simple email campaigns that can be implemented in a one-person department to chat bots deployed in an enterprise environment, this session will have something for everyone!

Registration and check in will open at 8:30am. The session will run from 9-11am. At 11am, participants will have the opportunity to participate in a tour of the Northwestern Mutual building.
