Job Title: Training & Development Specialist
(Part-Time / .60 Full-Time Equivalency)
Cities & Villages Mutual Insurance Co. (CVMIC)
CVMIC is seeking a Training & Development Specialist (.60 FTE) to coordinate and host webinars or virtual classrooms, work with others to develop instructor-led classroom training materials and resources, and design and develop elearning programs as well as maintain our Learning Management System, website and social media.
CVMIC is member-owned by 48 municipalities that range in population from 2,500 to over 100,000. Our personal approach helps members utilize insurance products, human resources and training to build a highly successful risk management program. Our approach to training is to help our members reduce exposures, increase awareness and improve overall employee safety/HR practices.
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in business administration, distance learning, instructional design, educational technology, human resources or equivalent, 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
