All event participants are expected to adhere to the chapter's Code of Conduct.
All event participants are expected to follow the current national and local guidance for health and safety, as well as any specific requirements from the event host or venue.
Anyone who is ill should not attend an in-person event.
Please remember that many of our members work at organizations that serve sick or vulnerable populations. Help us keep each other safe!
By registering, you acknowledge that this event may be recorded or photographed by SEWI-ATD. You consent to SEWI-ATD's future use of the recordings and photos in any form and for any purpose. If you have questions, please contact the event coordinator.
Cancellation of enrollment in any paid event more than 5 business days prior to the program is eligible for a refund by calling the Chapter Administrator at 608-204-9815, or emailing admin@sewi-atd.org.
Full or partial refunds are not available for cancellations within 5 business days of the event.
Enrollment may be transferred to another participant using the contact information above. A $10 processing fee will be charged if the billing information is changed.
