Professional Development Network (PDN)

The Leaders of Learning and Talent Development PDN is holding its very first meeting on September 18, 2015. Based on current member needs, the chapter is establishing this PDN to bring together managers and supervisors within our industry to discuss topics of interest, current industry trends, collaborate on best practices, and connect with other colleagues in similar roles. Our goal is to help members of this network improve professionally and bring greater value to the organizations they serve.

Managers and supervisors, we hope you will join us! You do not need to be a member of the chapter to participate in our PDN.

The discussion will focus on:

• The importance of relationships in our roles, both externally and internally
• Building relationships with leaders in your organization and those who support you
• Forming relationships: peers, staff, externally
• How do we develop, manage, and leverage relationships
