from Humana share their Lean knowledge with you!

As natural problem solvers we create innovative solutions to drive our organizations forward.  While these innovations are critical they must be applied with a "Lean State of Mind" in an environment that supports problem solving using quality tools.

During this session you will identify waste and calculate savings, determine how to produce standardized and sustainable learning processes and create an action plan that drives strategic and Lean business results.

Patti and Deborah have led improvement processes saving their organization over $250,000.  Come hear their story and learn lean tactics you can begin to use right after attending this program.

The learning objectives for this program are:

1. Define Lean in a learning environment

2. Explore process improvement techniques

3. Generate ideas using data to drive results

4. Identify best practices in use of process improvement tools.

5. Design your Next Steps to Create a Lean Learning Org.
