Professional Development Network (PDN)

The Leaders of Learning and Talent Development PDN will be meeting on September 9, 2016. The purpose of our PDN is to bring together managers and supervisors within our industry to discuss topics of interest, current industry trends, collaborate on best practices, and connect with other colleagues in similar roles. Our goal is to help members of this network improve professionally and bring greater value to the organizations they serve.

Managers and supervisors, we hope you will join us! You do not need to be a member of the chapter to participate in our PDN.

Topic: Emotional Intelligence

The discussion will focus on the following questions:

• How do you define it?
  
• Do you have a formal training process to develop staff’s emotional intelligence?
  
• What resources have you used?
  
• Is this a topic of need within your organization?
  
• How are you addressing it/plan to address it?
  

Location: US Bank Tower, 777 E. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53202. Galleria Conference Room. Please note: We will be meeting in a different meeting space in the US Bank Tower.

Hosted by Megan Cardenas, Assistant Vice President/Training Manager, US Bank. Upon arriving, please check in with security. From there you will be escorted to the Galleria Conference Room.
