for Facilitation Fitness
Like many people, the start of a new calendar year is when we decide to get up, get moving, and get motivated to get into shape. Unfortunately, nearly 73% of people who set this goal end up failing. Becoming a seasoned facilitator or staying a seasoned facilitator takes time, action and energy to be successful.
As facilitators we start out with great energy and enthusiasm around our content and our audience but over time we may become out of shape as well. We start to lose our motivation to be the best facilitator that we can. Perhaps we become complacent with teaching the same thing over and over and maybe the content just really isn’t that exciting.
In this interactive and high energy workshop participants will: Learn and apply the “I-We-It” model to get back into shape for successful facilitation! This tested fitness approach will take into consideration these three key objectives:
Understand YOUR role as a facilitator through your knowledge and experience Engage participants and successfully navigate learning by working WITH them throughout the experience Create energy and enthusiasm around IT including content transfer and learner application
Get away from your desk and get your steps in by attending this engaging workshop!
