Peer to Peer Learning in the Workplace

The purpose of our Instructional Design PDN is to bring together learning experience designers and talent development professionals within our industry to discuss topics of interest, current industry trends, collaborate on best practices, and connect with other colleagues in similar roles. Our goal is to help members of this network improve professionally and bring greater value to the organizations they serve.
February's topic will discuss Peer to Peer Learning. Relational or peer learning is important in the 70:20:10 model. This model states 20% of learning is done within a social/relational/peer learning context. At this PDN Amy & Melissa will present examples and lead discussion on the importance of Peer to Peer learning.

You can join us virtually in our Zoom room or in-person at Children's Corporate Center. You can park for free in the staff parking lot (press the button and tell security you are here for a meeting to get access to the parking structure) and take the 2nd level sky walk into Children's Corporate Center and go to room 255!
