Instructional Design PDN - June 2020 - Topic: ID & Rapid Design

The purpose of our Instructional Design PDN is to bring together learning experience designers and talent development professionals. In an open group we discuss topics of interest, current industry trends, collaborate on best practices, and connect with other colleagues in similar roles. Our goal is to help members of this network improve professionally and bring greater value to the organizations they serve.

June's topic will focus on rapid design Instructional Design. Your stakeholder says "I need that training next week! That's no problem right?". It happens to all of us and sometimes we just have to meet the deadline. We'll discuss opportunities where we can challenge timeframes, techniques for & experiences in rapid design, and using a more of Agile process, ADDIE v SAM, and much more! Please attend with your own examples in mind and how we can all brainstorm to create a great learner experience using rapid design.
