Training Delivery PDN, May 21, 2021-DEI in Training Delivery

By request, this edition will address Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Training Facilitation.

We will be joined by chapter member and Learning & Development Manager with MRA Cheryl Lucas-DeBerry.

Cheryl is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD, formerly ASTD), National Association for African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR), and Zonta International. She has also served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations.

Cheryl will lead us in discussion and reflections on the following:

• Review definitions and discuss the importance in the workplace
• Learn to share your “street corner” your perspectives and the value of appreciating other perspectives
• Examine four layers of differences that make us who we are
