Join SEWI-ATD as we interview a panel of talent development leaders on how they are navigating new employee expectations and transforming the talent development space.

The recent velocity of change has dramatically impacted talent development professionals. Over the past two years, we have dealt with massive upskilling efforts brought on by digital transformations and strategy redesigns, pivoted to address remote worker needs by converting learning experiences to digital formats, and faced the sudden demand to address deeper employee needs such as wellness, safety, job security, diversity, equity, and belonging.
As employers become increasingly more concerned about labor shortages and skill gaps, employees are leaving their jobs at record rates. How do we as talent development professionals support and enable the demands of the future workforce, and build a culture compatible with their needs?
