Do the participants of your development programs describe their experiences as "life changing?" Too many companies struggle to create impactful workforce development because they focus too quickly on creating a solution, rather than clarifying the problem.
In this session, you'll learn tools to work through the critical decisions that set up your development programs for success, including:
Mike Markiewicz leads the design and delivery of non-degree executive and management education programs offered by the Lubar School of Business.
