How Technology is Changing the L&D Professional

There’s no way technology will ever be able to replace the unique work I do as an L&D professional….right? More than you may realize, but that isn’t something we need to fear. If we recognize the role technology plays, we can actually wield it to replace lower-order work and open more time for us to focus on higher-order work, providing greater value to the organizations we serve.
