Do you often feel that you have too much to do but not enough time? Do you find yourself thinking about work all the time, including evenings and weekends? Have you been working long hours to keep up but feel like you can never get ahead?

If so, you’re in good company. Our work lives have become increasingly demanding, presenting ever more complex challenges at a near relentless pace. Unfortunately, the common response of working harder and putting in longer hours can’t resolve this challenge. In fact, this approach tends to decrease our effectiveness over time. Instead of doing the same thing over and over until we wear out, we need to change our approach.

In our one hour discussion, we will step back and examine the forces that make us feel as though we are on a treadmill, and learn new ways of operating that will maximize performance without physically, mentally, or emotionally exhausting ourselves. You will leave the workshop with proven tools for managing their calendars, emails, and meetings, along with strategies you can use to become even more effective.

Key Outcomes You Can Apply Within Your Organization:

●       Learn how to manage your energy instead of managing your time.

●       Apply the principles of deep work and learn to focus without distraction.

●       Discover new work and life effectiveness strategies.

●       Gain proven tools to manage priorities, lessen frustrations, and reframe stories.

●       Design a more effective day using proven systems to manage your calendar, emails, and meeting schedule.
