Learn Every Day

Do you ever wonder what other companies are doing to invest in the development of their employees? Join us at Molson Coors shares what it means to live their company value of Learn Every Day and how they support that through First Choice Learning. You will walk away with ideas in strategy as well as some practical activity ideas you can incorporate into your own programming.

After the program, join your fellow SEWI-ATD members for networking and free Molson Coors beverages and snacks at Fred’s Pub compliments of Molson Coors. Non-alcoholic and soda options will also be available.

• Gain insights into Molson Coors' culture and how the value of "Learn Every Day" is embedded throughout the organization and how it aligns with the company's commitment to continuous learning.
• Examine best practices implemented by Molson Coors in fostering a culture of continuous learning and employee development.
• Identify practical activities and ideas presented by Molson Coors that can be incorporated into participants' own employee development programs.

Lindsey, Melissa, and Misty are learning and development professionals working at Molson Coors Beverage Company supporting Leadership and Commercial employees across the Americas in the United States, Canada and LATAM. Their programming has won 13 Brandon Hall Awards. They have over 30 years of combined experience.

Driving/Parking Instructions:

• Park onsite at the Milwaukee office parking structure.

• When you arrive at the Molson Coors Corporate office in Milwaukee, you will need to pull into the entrance with the gates next to the parking garage on Highland Blvd (noted by the red arrows in the below photo) and park in the garage. Once pulled up in front of the gates, inform the security guard you are here for the SEWI-ATD meeting. Park in any available, unmarked parking space. Once parked, walk out of the structure, and walk to the front of the main building off Highland Blvd. You will need to sign in as a guest and get a visitor badge.
