If yes, join us and the members of NAAAHR-Milwaukee as they discuss talent management challenges and opportunities through the lens of data and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB).  It will identify the types of HR data available through people analytics and experiential systems and discuss different approaches to using data to tell stories that create the desired impact.  The audience will learn about using data to evaluate the nature of DEIB practices as an indicator of organizational health and understand how to impact the critical turnover points in the talent management cycle.  Examples of data to tell different stories of impact will be shared. Join the session to gain actionable steps to enhance effective data-driven storytelling.
