Crafting Your Personal Goals for Success in the Evolving Learning Landscape

Ready to upskill yourself or your workforce? The world of workplace learning is evolving faster than ever, driven by emerging technologies, AI, and shifting skill demands. In this interactive session, you’ll uncover the trends and challenges shaping L&D today and explore the most critical upskilling priorities for 2026 and beyond. Through guided reflection and discussion, you’ll leave with an actionable personal or professional development goal that positions you or your organization for success in the future of work.

Program Objectives

  1. Examine the Current State of Learning and Development. Participants will gain a broader sense of the current trends and challenges in L&D, identify key drivers shaping the L&D landscape, including emerging technologies and AI, and articulate the implications for workforce skill development.
  1. Identify Areas of Upskilling for 2026 and Beyond. Participants will gain insight into the most in-demand skill areas for effective employee upskilling, including developing AI capabilities and essential human skills, and strategies for fostering a learning culture within their organization.
  1. Application and Reflection. Participants will craft a personal or professional development goal that supports their growth and aligns with the evolving landscape of L&D and the identified upskilling areas.
