Training Delivery PDN— Building Your Storytelling Muscle: Part 2

What makes a good storyteller? Depending on the audience and purpose of the story, storytellers must flex their skills to ensure a story lands well and supports the objectives of their training session. Choosing when to use humor, how deep in the weeds to go, how expressive to be, and how to meet time requirements while building rapport with learners is a balancing act for facilitators. 

Join the Training Delivery PDN (with special guest John Guarnero!) to practice delivering stories that hit the mark. We will unpack the characteristics of good storytellers, reflect on your current storytelling growth goals, and dive into several group activities based in storytelling skill building. 

Parking Instructions:

·  Park onsite at the Milwaukee office parking structure. (Street parking in front the building is also available)

·  When you arrive at the Molson Coors Corporate office in Milwaukee, you will need to pull into the entrance with the gates next to the parking garage on Highland Blvd (noted by the red arrows in the below photo) and park in the garage. Once pulled up in front of the gates, inform the security guard you are here for the SEWI-ATD meeting. Park in any available, unmarked parking space. Once parked, walk out of the structure, and walk to the front of the main building off Highland Blvd.(Entrance marked by the yellow star) You will need to sign in as a guest and get a visitor badge. Please bring a form of identification (driver's license, government-issued I.D., etc.)
