In a sea of hybrid offices, remote workforces, and talent strategies, talent development professionals are increasingly asked to take on organizational development responsibilities.

In fact, OD is a critical skillset within the new ATD Talent Development Capability Model. Organizational development and culture is one of the key disciplines to impact organizational capability. 

This PDN will meet quarterly to explore all aspects of contemporary OD strategies, including:

Your OD PDN Leaders

Camille Parham is the Talent Development Lead at Associated Bank, where she has led talent programs for nearly three years. She is passionate about integrated talent development and organizational strategy.

Brigitte provides strategic consultation, program management, and faciliation around org. development programs and solutions that support the desired org. culture and effectiveness of teams/individuals to meet the org. goals. She collaborates with key stakeholders and cross-system teams to identify org. development needs, develop strategies, determine and implement scalable solutions that leaders may implement within teams for adoption.
